Il corso affronta i principali temi di interesse per coloro che saranno chiamati a dare governance e gestione ai rapporti di lavoro dentro le aziende, pubbliche e private.

In diretta conseguenza di ciò, i contenuti dell'insegnamento saranno riconducibili a quattro principali aree tematiche:

1) disciplina dei rapporti di lavoro dentro le imprese: fonti nazionali e comunitarie, lavoro autonomo, subordinato e parasubordinazione, tipologie contrattuali e regolamentazione applicabile;

2)regolamentazione del nostro mercato del lavoro: l'intermediazione di manod'opera, il collocamento mirato, la disciplina della somministrazione di manod'opera, degli appalti e del trasferimenti di ramo di azienda;

3)regole e principi per la determinazione dei salari e le sue implicazioni: principi costituzionali, il salario minimo legale, il sistema dei contratti collettivi nazionali, concertazione e dialogo sociale;

4) principi del welfare anche contrattuale: gli ammortizzatori sociali, anche in deroga, la disoccupazione, le politiche attive, i fondi interprofessionali e la bilateralità integrativa su pensioni e sanità.
The course is designed to provide a reference framework relating to international agreements, focusing on the main contracts of the trade practice, with emphasis on trust profiles. Particular attention will be devoted to the international agreements concerning mergers and acquisitions. International litigation will be dealt with during the last part of the course with the aim at supplying a complete overview of international agreements on the side of the disputes resolution. The course will be fully held in the English language. This course may be of extreme benefit for all students who are interested in working in international law firms or internationally orientated companies.
